Vulnerabilities
CVE-2024-6098
MEDIUMWhen performing an online tag generation to devices which communicate using the ControlLogix protocol, a machine-in-the-middle, or a device that is not configured correctly, could deliver a response leading to unrestricted or unregulated resource allocation. This could cause a denial-of-service condition and crash the Kepware application. By default, these functions are turned off, yet they remain accessible for users who recognize and require their advantages.
CVE-2022-3092

CVE-2022-3084
HIGHGE CIMPICITY versions 2022 and prior is vulnerable when data from a faulting address controls code flow starting at gmmiObj!CGmmiRootOptionTable, which could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code.
CVE-2022-2952
HIGHGE CIMPICITY versions 2022 and prior is vulnerable when data from a faulting address controls code flow starting at gmmiObj!CGmmiOptionContainer, which could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code.
CVE-2022-2948
HIGHGE CIMPICITY versions 2022 and prior is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, which could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code.
CVE-2022-2002
HIGHGE CIMPICITY versions 2022 and prior is vulnerable when data from faulting address controls code flow starting at gmmiObj!CGmmiOptionContainer, which could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code.
CVE-2021-27422
HIGHGE UR firmware versions prior to version 8.1x web server interface is supported on UR over HTTP protocol. It allows sensitive information exposure without authentication.
CVE-2021-27426
CRITICALGE UR IED firmware versions prior to version 8.1x with “Basic” security variant does not allow the disabling of the “Factory Mode,” which is used for servicing the IED by a “Factory” user.
CVE-2021-27430
HIGHGE UR bootloader binary Version 7.00, 7.01 and 7.02 included unused hardcoded credentials. Additionally, a user with physical access to the UR IED can interrupt the boot sequence by rebooting the UR.
CVE-2021-27428
CRITICALGE UR IED firmware versions prior to version 8.1x supports upgrading firmware using UR Setup configuration tool – Enervista UR Setup. This UR Setup tool validates the authenticity and integrity of firmware file before uploading the UR IED. An illegitimate user could upgrade firmware without appropriate privileges. The weakness is assessed, and mitigation is implemented in firmware Version 8.10.
CVE-2021-27424
MEDIUMGE UR firmware versions prior to version 8.1x shares MODBUS memory map as part of the communications guide. GE was made aware a “Last-key pressed” MODBUS register can be used to gain unauthorized information.
CVE-2021-27420
MEDIUMGE UR firmware versions prior to version 8.1x web server task does not properly handle receipt of unsupported HTTP verbs, resulting in the web server becoming temporarily unresponsive after receiving a series of unsupported HTTP requests. When unresponsive, the web server is inaccessible. By itself, this is not particularly significant as the relay remains effective in all other functionality and communication channels.
CVE-2021-27418
MEDIUMGE UR firmware versions prior to version 8.1x supports web interface with read-only access. The device fails to properly validate user input, making it possible to perform cross-site scripting attacks, which may be used to send a malicious script. Also, UR Firmware web server does not perform HTML encoding of user-supplied strings.
CVE-2020-25193
MEDIUMBy having access to the hard-coded cryptographic key for GE Reason RT430, RT431 & RT434 GNSS clocks in firmware versions prior to version 08A06, attackers would be able to intercept and decrypt encrypted traffic through an HTTPS connection.
CVE-2020-25197
CRITICALA code injection vulnerability exists in one of the webpages in GE Reason RT430, RT431 & RT434 GNSS clocks in firmware versions prior to version 08A06 that could allow an authenticated remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system.
CVE-2021-31477
MEDIUMThis vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of GE Reason RPV311 14A03. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the firmware and filesystem of the device. The firmware and filesystem contain hard-coded default credentials. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the download user. Was ZDI-CAN-11852.
CVE-2020-6977
UNKNOWNA restricted desktop environment escape vulnerability exists in the Kiosk Mode functionality of affected devices. Specially crafted inputs can allow the user to escape the restricted environment, resulting in access to the underlying operating system. Affected devices include the following GE Ultrasound Products: Vivid products - all versions; LOGIQ - all versions not including LOGIQ 100 Pro; Voluson - all versions; Versana Essential - all versions; Invenia ABUS Scan station - all versions; Venue - all versions not including Venue 40 R1-3 and Venue 50 R4-5
CVE-2019-10966
UNKNOWNIn GE Aestiva and Aespire versions 7100 and 7900, a vulnerability exists where serial devices are connected via an added unsecured terminal server to a TCP/IP network configuration, which could allow an attacker to remotely modify device configuration and silence alarms.
CVE-2018-17925
UNKNOWNMultiple instances of this vulnerability (Unsafe ActiveX Control Marked Safe For Scripting) have been identified in the third-party ActiveX object provided to GE iFIX versions 2.0 - 5.8 by Gigasoft.
